FEPL has two modern Units:

Unit I : (At Liluah) 10000 square feets with Semi Automatic Setup to manufacture Exercise Books with a capacity of over 1 crores Exercise Books per annum (50 tons per month).

Unit II : (At Serampore) 30000 square feets with Fully Automatic Setup to manufacture Exercise Books with a capacity of over 5 crores Exercise Books per annum (250 tons per month).

Future Educare (P) ltd. specialist in manufacturing of Exercise Note Book of all types.

1. Fully Automatic Exercise Book Machine:

Exercise Books on-line, paper reel is fed in one side and final product is delivered at the end. Complete Ruling, Cover & Trevia Inserting, Pinning, Folding, Other Squaring and 3 Knife cutting, all process at one go. Fully Computerized machine with touch screen control panel & Auto Programming and auto start, only one of it's kind in Eastern India.

2. Automatic Reel to Sheet Ruling Machine :

Two High Speed Automatic Rulling Machines with 100 cm Deckle and Web alignment and cut length 100cm, Back to Back rulling in four colours.

3. Automatic Counting and folding machine :

This machine counts 2 to 12 sheets as per requirement. And folds them parallel for Note Book manufacturing.

4. Stitching Machines:

Double Head St i tching Machine for Soft Cover Note Book.

5. Thread Sewing Machine:

for hard bound Note Books

6. Edge Square Machine :

It squares the edges of pinned Note Book and make them look like Bounded Note Books giving elegant look to the product.

7. Auto Progr amming Cutting Machine:

We have 2 Fully Automatic Paper Cutting Machines and 2 Semi Automatic Paper Cutting Machines, which stores upto 99 program's in it's mini computer.

8. Perfect Binding Machine:

We have Fully Automatic Perfect Binding Machines with Hot glue Binding.

9. Centre Stitch Thread Sewing Machine:

With Automatic Centre Thread Sewing Machine and Folding Facilities.
